Role: Founder + Creative Director
thems. is a queer collective aimed at amplifying queer voices & expression in the Greater Phoenix community. We aim to support and amplify queer artists, creators and makers in the Greater Phoenix Area. We create community engagement opportunities for artists including workshops, classes and community events.
Responsibilities include: website creation + management, social media management, graphic design, creative direction, photography, and video editing.
30+ events and workshops.
Many of these were the first of their kind in Phoenix, and offered a new opportunity for queer artists to generate income and engage with their community
100+ artist collaborations.
Every event is led by local makers, artisans, curators, poets, and writers. Providing a safe space for queer art to thrive in Phoenix, AZ.
